A new trailer for the upcoming film adaptation of Uncharted has just been released by Sony Pictures Entertainment.
The film stars Tom Holland as the adventurer Nathan Drake, along with Mark Wahlberg, Antonio Banderas, Tati Gabrielle and Sophia Ali. The film is directed by Ruben Fleischer and written by Art Marcum, Matt Holloway and Rafe Judkins. The premiere is set for the 18th of February next year.
Now it remains to be seen if the film adaptation of Uncharted can avoid the “video game adaptation curse” and actually be good. But from the trailer, it looks promising, with lots of stunts, fistfights and break-neck action sequences. We’ll be posting our review here on FilmLore as soon as we get a peek at it!
