One of the adaptations we are waiting for most here at FilmLore is the one for Neil Gaiman’s amazingly creative The Sandman. And today we finally got to see a first look teaser!
Following a ritual to summon and imprison Death, her brother Dream is instead captured by cultists and imprisoned for many years. After freeing himself, Dream comes home to see his domain in shambles, with nightmares making a mess of things.
Netflix’s adaptation of The Sandman has an all-star cast, including Charles Dance, Stephen Fry, Gwendoline Christie, and Tom Sturridge as Dream.
