A new trailer for the upcoming Apple TV+ science fiction series Invasion, starring among others Sam Neil, Shamier Anderson, Firas Nassar, and Shioli Kutsuna, arrived today. It tells the story of people from around the world as they struggle to survive a massive alien invasion.
Being a big fan of HG Wells’ 1898 novel War of the Worlds myself, and several of its screen adaptations, you can be sure to see a review of the new series here on FilmLore soon.
Invasion, which is produced by Simon Kinberg and directed by Jakob Verbruggen and Amanda Marsalis, premiers on Apple TV+ October the 22nd.
